In the Discussion section of this article,1 subsection “Enhance Collaboration with Law Enforcement,” citation 16 was incorrectly attached to the following sentence: “Ideally, boards uphold and enforce professional standards, while law enforcement can address criminal infractions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to public safety.” Citation 16 does not support this proposition.2 The correct citation for this sentence is McIntosh, et al, (2023),3 which appears elsewhere in the article as citation 15.
